STEP 4 – Confirmation Here you will be given your unique reservation code. Please use this code to amend or cancel a reservation.

You will receive a Booking Confirmation e-mail message with our invoice and a voucher for each service booked. Please print these vouchers for presentation to the relevant suppliers. For some services, you will also receive a supplier confirmation document (e-ticket, voucher with supplier confirmation number, etc.).

HOW TO CANCEL OR MODIFY A RESERVATION (applies only to bookings made after April 21st, 2020)

A visa or tourist card is required by all visitors except:

a) Those nationals whose countries have signed visa-exemption agreements with Cuba (contact your nearest Cuban Consulate for further information).

b) Transit passengers continuing their journey to a third country within 72 hours, provided they hold confirmed onward tickets and US$50 per day.

Migratory Regulations
Conditions and documents required by Cuban immigration authorities are:

– Passport with a minimum validity of six months after arriving in Cuba.
– Tourist Card. Entry in Cuba will be registered with a stamp in this Card and not on the Passport.
– Tourist Card is valid for single entry to Cuba within 180 days of issue, for up to 30 days stay, with a 30 day extension available in Cuba.
– To declare whereabouts while in Cuba, at immigration control.
– Return or continuation ticket.
– Proof of economic solvency.
– Health or travel insurance with coverage for medical expenses. The policy must be shown upon request and be issued by an insurer authorized by Cuba.

People in Transit or Transfer
– Passport, valid for a minimum of six months after arriving in Cuba.
– Visa, if stay exceeds 72 hours.
– Confirmed hotel reservation.
– Confirmed onward ticket.

Business Visa
– Passport, valid for a minimum of six months after arriving in Cuba.
– Business Visa (valid up to 30 days).
– Return or continuation ticket.
– Health or travel insurance with coverage for medical expenses. The policy must be shown upon request and be issued by an insurer authorized by Cuba.

Exit Permits
Required by those whose stay in Cuba exceeds 90 days.
